The 1-year warranty for All-Day Bags covers:

• Zippers
• D-rings
• Strap hooks
• Manufacturing defects (with video proof during unboxing)

However, the warranty does not cover damages such as torn stitching or fading colors caused by normal usage.

Yes, our personalization process can be completed within one day. Same-day shipping via instant couriers such as Lalamove is available for orders placed:
