Hello Ballers, the 10-year warranty covers all parts of the luggage such as TSA locks, USB ports (18-inch & 20-inch luggage), handles and trolleys, wheels, inner compartments including straps & lining fabric, and luggage hinges. Body parts such as scratches or dents are not included in the warranty.

Hello Ballers, our 1-year warranty covers the zipper, D-ring, hook strap, and manufacturing defects (unboxing video is needed). Damaged stitching and color peeling due to use are not included in the warranty.

Hello Ballers, our suitcases are made of aluminium material that will keep your belongings safe inside the suitcase. Dents may occur over time with regular use. However, don't worry, you can use our stickers to cover the dents and add style to your suitcase!

Hello Ballers, we apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced. All our suitcase shipments are recommended and required to have shipping insurance, which helps with claims in case of any damage during shipping. We also remind you to always do a video unboxing to facilitate the warranty claim process for shipping.

Hello Ballers, the laser engraving process only takes about 1 hour. For all orders placed from Monday to Friday before 2:00 PM WIB and on Saturday before 1:00 PM WIB, we can arrange same-day shipping. Please note that there is no shipping on Sundays and public holidays, so orders placed on those days will be processed on the following day. Hello Ballers, for the 18-inch & 20-inch sizes, they can accommodate 35 liters, the 24-inch size can accommodate 65 liters, and the 28-inch size can accommodate up to 110 liters.

Hello Ballers, for the 18-inch & 20-inch sizes, the suitcase can hold a weight of up to 15 kg, for the 24-inch size it can hold up to 20 kg, while the 28-inch size can hold a weight of up to 25 kg.
