Product Return and Exchange Terms

  1. Record a clear unboxing video (all angles of the package and product) after receiving the package. Please record it with clear lighting so that the video results are clear and of good quality.
  2. If there is damage when the goods are received and can be seen from the unboxing video, you can immediately consult / report it to the sales team.
  3. If there is an error in size or color (especially for non-personalized suitcases) you can inform the sales team for the suitcase exchange process. Shipping costs will be covered by the customer, including the price differences of the product purchased and the product you want to exchange. Let us know your concerns by including the invoice, order number and related photo evidence. We will exchange your product for a suitable product within 1 x 24 hours after receiving your report.
  4. If there is damage or a shipment error from the Baller team, all exchange costs will be covered by Baller, including shipping fees and any price differences for the product.
  5. All suitcases that have been purchased and personalized cannot be exchanged or returned.
