  • All orders will be shipped the same day we receive payment, provided the payment is made before 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday) or before 1:00 PM on Saturdays.
  • Customers located in Jakarta, Tangerang, Bekasi, and Depok can choose from the following 4 delivery options:
  1. Lalamove (Instant Courier)
  2. Gojek (Instant Courier)
  3. JNE Trucking (3-7 business days)
  4. JNE (1-3 business days)
  • For customers outside Jakarta, Tangerang, Bekasi, and Depok, the following 2 delivery options are available:
  1. JNE Trucking (4-18 business days, depending on delivery location)
  2. JNE (1-10 business days, depending on delivery location)
  • Please note that international shipping is currently unavailable.
  • All products and payments are final and cannot be refunded once processed.

Return and Exchange Policy

  1. When you receive your order, please record a clear unboxing video showing all angles of the package and product. Ensure the video is taken in good lighting for the best quality.
  2. If you notice any damage to the product, and it's visible in the unboxing video, please contact our sales team immediately.
  3. If there’s a sizing or color issue (for non-personalized luggage), please reach out to our sales team for an exchange. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any price differences between the original product and the new one. Be sure to include your invoice, order number, and photos of the issue when submitting your complaint. We will process your exchange within 1 business day after receiving your request.
  4. If the damage or mistake was made on our part, Baller will cover all exchange-related costs, including return shipping and any price differences.
  5. Please note that personalized luggage cannot be exchanged or returned.
