Baller Luggage Warranty

When you purchase Baller luggage, you’ll receive a warranty card with important details, including the warranty number, purchase date, warranty expiration date, and your luggage’s type, color, and size.

If you have any issues with your luggage, like a TSA lock that won’t open, wheels that aren’t working properly, or a loose handle, don’t worry! Just reach out to our Service Center, and we’ll help get your Baller luggage back to its best.

10-Year Warranty Coverage

Before making a warranty claim, please note that the warranty only covers specific parts of your luggage, including:

  • TSA Lock
  • USB charging port (For luggage sizes 18”, 20", and 22”)
  • Top and side handles
  • Trolley handles
  • Wheels
  • Hinges
  • Luggage feet
  • Rivets

*The 10-year warranty applies only to polycarbonate and aluminum luggage, all sizes.

*The warranty does not cover loss or theft.

Luggage Repairs

We offer two repair options for your Baller luggage. First, you can fix some simple things yourself with instructions from Baller technicians, like replacing the lock or handles. Alternatively, you can bring your luggage to Baller Service Center and our technicians will take care of the repairs for you.
