With every purchase of a Baller luggage, you will receive a warranty card that contains a warranty card number. It includes information such as the date of purchase, warranty expiration date, name, phone number, luggage type, luggage color, and luggage size.
If you encounter any issues with your Baller luggage such as a TSA lock that cannot be opened, malfunctioning wheels, or a loose handle, there's no need to worry! You can directly consult with our Service Center admin, and we'll be happy to assist you in restoring your Baller luggage to its original condition!

We provide two options for repairs. The first option is for you to repair it yourself with guidance from our technicians for easily replaceable parts such as locks, top handles, and side handles. The second option is for you to bring your luggage directly to the Baller Service Center, where our technicians will promptly address the issues.
