That trust pushed us to raise the bar. As a result, all BALLER polycarbonate and aluminum luggage models released from late 2023 onwards are covered by a 10-year warranty, giving you confidence for every journey ahead.
The warranty period begins from the date of purchase. Please keep your proof of purchase for warranty claims.

This warranty applies to all BALLER bags: sling bag, waist bag, backpack, weekender, duffle. However, it does not cover damage caused by misuse, extreme use, or loss and theft.
If a BALLER product is received as a gift, the warranty remains valid. To activate the warranty under your name, please follow these steps:
- Update the owner information through our customer service or by filling out the warranty registration form.
- If the gift is from a company: provide the company name.
- If the gift is from an individual: attach the invoice number from the gift giver.
