Established in 2018, our mission has been to deliver quality you can truly rely on. From the start, we introduced a 5-year warranty because we believed in the durability of our products, yet remained committed to proving it. The results speak for themselves: our warranty claim rate is remarkably low. You don't come back to fix your luggage, you come back to add to your collection.

That trust pushed us to raise the bar. That's why in late 2023, we extended our warranty to 10 years for our latest products, because you deserve a promise that lasts far longer. Now, all BALLER polycarbonate luggage and aluminum luggage released from late 2023 onwards are protected by a full 10-year warranty.

The warranty period begins from the date of purchase. Please keep your proof of purchase for warranty claims.

1-Year Warranty on BALLER Bags

We know that a bag is more than just an accessory, it's an essential part of your everyday life. That's why we carefully select the best materials and pay attention to every detail. With a 1-year warranty, you can go about your day with peace of mind. If anything goes wrong with your BALLER bag, we’re ready to offer repairs or replacements.

What’s covered:

  • Zipper
  • Zipper head
  • Snap hook

This warranty applies to all BALLER bags: sling bag, waist bag, backpack, weekender, duffle. However, it does not cover damage caused by misuse, extreme use, or loss and theft.

BALLER Product Warranty for Gift Recipients

If a BALLER product is received as a gift, the warranty remains valid. To activate the warranty under your name, please follow these steps:

  • Update the owner information through our customer service or by filling out the warranty registration form.
  • If the gift is from a company: provide the company name.
  • If the gift is from an individual: attach the invoice number from the gift giver.

Yes, the warranty is still valid. To activate the warranty under your name, please follow these steps:
• Update the owner information through our customer service or by filling out the warranty registration form available at the end of this page.
• If the gift is from a company (corporate): provide the name of the company registered as a BALLER partner.
• If the gift is from an individual: provide the invoice number from the person who gave you the product as proof of purchase.
By completing these steps, the product warranty will be active under the new owner’s name.
For those of you who own our earlier aluminum series, identifiable by the "Baller Indonesia" inscription and serial number on the frame, plus the gray interior, your luggage is still covered by our original 5-year warranty commitment from when you purchased it. Even after the warranty expires, you can still contact us for assistance. If replacement parts are available, we’ll help with repairs for a service fee. Please note that products purchased from warehouse sales are not covered under warranty.

The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage including dents, cracks, scratches, punctures, or burn marks resulting from normal use, mishandling, or accidents.
Yes, we continue to provide service even after your warranty expires. If you experience any issues, contact our service center. As long as replacement parts are in stock, we can assist you with repairs for a fee.
