Before 2023, Baller offered a 5-year warranty on Aluminum luggage. During that period, we received almost no claims, which proves the reliability and durability of our products. As the business grew and materials improved, we decided to extend the warranty to 10 years. This decision was driven by our confidence in the quality of Baller luggage and our commitment to providing longer protection, both at the time of purchase and throughout the product's use.

Baller's warranty protects the most vital and vulnerable parts of the suitcase, such as:

Currently, all Baller polycarbonate luggage and aluminum luggage released from late 2023 onwards are covered by a full 10-year warranty. Meanwhile, older series aluminum luggage, which can be identified by the "Baller Indonesia" inscription on the body, serial number on the frame, and gray interior, still receives a 5-year warranty in accordance with the initial commitment at the time of purchase.

Rough handling by third parties
Damage caused by airport or airline handling, such as luggage being thrown, crushed by other cargo, or damaged by conveyor belts. These conditions are generally beyond our control and claims can usually be made directly to the airline.

After that, you can contact Baller's customer service team or go directly to the nearest Baller Service Center. After the report is received, the Baller team will check and confirm the warranty status. If the damage is within the scope of protection, the repair or replacement process will be carried out immediately in accordance with applicable regulations.
