How It Works
- Complete the registration form.
- Wait for appointment confirmation from the BALLER team.
- Drop off your luggage at your selected BALLER store.
- Receive an exclusive voucher, redeemable during your visit.
- Collect your upgraded luggage once the upgrade is complete.
Terms & Conditions
- Limited to the first 100 eligible luggage registrations.
- Registration and appointment confirmation are required.
- The wheel upgrade process takes approximately 2 business days.
- Once the upgrade is completed, customers are responsible for collecting their luggage or arranging their own pickup.
- BALLER reserves the right to determine eligibility and limit the number of luggage items per customer.

This program is available to existing BALLER customers who purchased an Expand, Hybrid, or Zipper luggage between 2023 and the present.
Note: If you purchased your luggage in March 2026 or later, there's a chance it already comes with our upgraded wheels. Please upload photos of your wheels during registration, and our team will verify your eligibility before confirming your appointment.

The Wheel Upgrade Program will run from June 20 to July 20, 2026.
Yes. The wheel upgrade is complimentary for eligible customers accepted into the program.
The program is limited to the first 100 luggages. Once all available slots have been filled, registrations will be closed.
Simply complete the registration form. Once submitted, our team will review your information and contact you to confirm your appointment.
Unfortunately, no. All customers are required to complete the registration form first. Appointments are subject to availability and must be confirmed by our team before visiting the store.

BALLER does not provide delivery services. Customers may collect their luggage in person or arrange their own pickup.
