Cara Meng-upgrade Rodamu

  1. Isi formulir pendaftaran.
  2. Tunggu konfirmasi jadwal dari tim BALLER.
  3. Antar kopermu ke toko BALLER pilihanmu.
  4. Dapatkan voucher eksklusif yang bisa langsung digunakan saat kunjunganmu.
  5. Ambil kembali kopermu setelah proses upgrade selesai.

Detail Program

  • Program berlaku untuk 100 koper pertama yang memenuhi syarat.
  • Pendaftaran dan konfirmasi jadwal wajib dilakukan sebelum mengikuti program.
  • Proses upgrade roda membutuhkan waktu sekitar 2 hari kerja.
  • Setelah proses upgrade selesai, koper dapat diambil sendiri atau melalui pihak yang kamu tunjuk.
  • BALLER berhak menentukan kelayakan serta membatasi jumlah koper yang dapat didaftarkan oleh setiap pelanggan.

As part of our commitment to continuously improving our products, we're offering existing BALLER customers a complimentary wheel upgrade so they can experience our latest wheel upgrade at no cost.
This program is available to existing BALLER customers who purchased an Expand, Hybrid, or Zipper luggage between 2023 and the present.

Note: If you purchased your luggage in March 2026 or later, there's a chance it already comes with our upgraded wheels. Please upload photos of your wheels during registration, and our team will verify your eligibility before confirming your appointment.
The Wheel Upgrade Program will run from June 20 to July 20, 2026.
Yes. The wheel upgrade is complimentary for eligible customers accepted into the program.
The program is limited to the first 100 luggages. Once all available slots have been filled, registrations will be closed.
Simply complete the registration form. Once submitted, our team will review your information and contact you to confirm your appointment.
Unfortunately, no. All customers are required to complete the registration form first. Appointments are subject to availability and must be confirmed by our team before visiting the store.

We highly encourage customers to be present in person during their wheel upgrade appointment. If you're unable to attend, please contact our team in advance.
The upgrade process typically takes 2–3 business days to complete.
BALLER does not provide delivery services. Customers may collect their luggage in person or arrange their own pickup.
Yes. Please ensure your luggage is completely empty before dropping it off for the upgrade.
