How do I submit a BALLER warranty claim?
To submit a BALLER warranty claim or chat with us about an issue with your luggage, just send a message to our BALLER Service Center admins via WhatsApp at 081-1114-7864.

What’s covered by BALLER’s 10-year luggage warranty?
Our 10-year warranty has you covered for the most important parts of your luggage, including:
- TSA Lock
- USB charging port (For luggage sizes 18”, 20", and 22”)
- Top and side handles
- Trolley handles
- Wheels
- Hinges
- Luggage feet
- Rivets
Damage to the body of your luggage, including scratches, dents and any other signs of wear and tear aren't covered by the warranty. If you'd like to learn more, you can read our full warranty policy here.
Does BALLER still offer support after the 10-year warranty ends?
Absolutely! Even after your warranty expires, BALLER is still here to help. We offer paid repair services, with pricing based on the type of damage. For a quick consultation or cost estimate, feel free to reach out to our BALLER Service Center via WhatsApp at 081-1114-7864.
What’s covered by the 1-year All-Day bag warranty?
The All-Day bag 1-year warranty covers:
- Zippers
- D-rings
- Strap hooks
- Manufacturing defects (with unboxing video as proof)

Can the 22-inch BALLER luggage fit in an airplane cabin?
A 22-inch luggage is generally considered cabin size. However, carry-on rules can vary by airline, aircraft type, and flight route. To make sure your trip goes smoothly, we recommend double-checking your airline’s cabin baggage policy before you fly.

How to set the TSA lock on your BALLER luggage?
Setting up the TSA lock on your BALLER luggage is quick and easy, here's how to do it:
- Start with the default code: 0-0-0.
- Press the small reset button on the side of the lock, or slide the reset lever (depending on your model).
- Set your preferred three-digit code, make sure you choose something that’s easy for you to remember.
- Press the reset button back in or slide the lever back to its original position.
- Close your luggage, scramble the numbers, then return to your new code to make sure that it works properly!
That’s it! Your BALLER luggage is ready to protect your belongings every step of the way.

Your Guide to BALLER Accessories
Where does the power for the USB port in BALLER luggage come from?
For BALLER Aluminium Carry-On luggage (18 and 20 inch), there’s a dedicated internal pocket for your power bank. Simply plug it into the internal cable and charge your devices using the external USB port. Without having to open the luggage!
For BALLER Polycarbonate Carry-On luggage (20 and 22 inch), excluding the Lightweight Series, a USB Type-C port can be found right under the trolley handle. Just insert a BALLER 10,000 mAh power bank into the built-in compartment, and you can stay connected and powered wherever you are.
Why don’t BALLER Check-In luggage (24 and 28 inch) come with a power bank or USB port?
BALLER Check-In luggage (24 and 28 inch) don't come with a power bank or USB port. We don't include them in these models to make sure that we're in line with airline safety guidelines, simply put, you're not allowed any power banks in checked baggage.
Will BALLER stickers leave marks on your luggage when removed?
BALLER stickers use high-quality adhesive that’s safe and gentle on your luggage’s surface. If any residue is left behind, just wipe it off with a tissue and a little alcohol, your BALLER will look as good as new!
Can the BALLER protective cover be purchased separately?
We're not currently selling the BALLER protective cover separately. However, we've listened to what the people want, and it will be available by the end of the year! Stay tuned to our social for our latest updates and releases!

What should I do if my new BALLER luggage arrives with dents?
In the very unlikely event that your new BALLER luggage arrives with dents, get in touch with us immediately. Every BALLER luggage shipment is insured so there's no need to worry if your luggage arrives looking a little worse for wear. Let us know and we'll get it sorted! To speed up the process and for us to easily claim insurance for you, we recommended recording a video of yourself unboxing the product, showing any damage in a single recording. Is shipping via cargo safe for BALLER luggage?

Can my personalized order be shipped on the same day?
Yes. If your personalized order is placed before 2 PM (Monday to Friday) or before 1 PM (Saturday), it can be shipped the same day using instant delivery services like Lalamove. Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays will be processed the next working day.
Is there an extra charge for BALLER personalization?
Yes, BALLER offers exclusive personalization on our official website for a fee ranging from Rp75,000 to Rp100,000 depending on the type and design. This service is only available at baller.co.id to ensure precision and total customer satisfaction.
Can initials on BALLER luggage be placed in multiple positions?
To in-keep with the stylish designs and sleek look of all our products, BALLER only allows initials to be engraved in one set position and in one selected font style.
Can I engrave more than 6 characters on BALLER Aluminium luggage?
To maintain a clean and high-quality result, there is a character limit for laser engraving:
- Calibri font: up to 3 characters
- Maytra or LCD Mono fonts: up to 6 characters

Will UV printing on BALLER luggage peel off?
BALLER uses direct UV printing on the luggage's surface, making it much more durable than stickers and resistant to peeling. Meaning your UV prints won't be going anywhere any time soon!
